How it works
From flat owner to verified group member
Every step below runs the same way for every owner, in every pilot community. There is no manual verification queue and no guesswork for admins.

Find your community
Search for the RERA-registered project your flat is in. If you cannot find it, you can request we add it.

Confirm your mobile number
We send a one-time code to your mobile so we know a real person is submitting the request, not a bot.

Upload your purchase receipt
Your allotment letter or payment receipt is scanned automatically to read your name and flat number. Nothing is reviewed manually at this stage.

Receipt deleted within 60 seconds
Once your name and flat number are extracted and matched, the uploaded file is permanently deleted. We do not keep a copy.

Duplicate flats are blocked
If someone has already verified against your flat number, your request is flagged for an admin to review rather than auto-approved.

A community admin adds you
Admins only ever see your first name, tower, flat number and verified status — never the receipt itself. You get added to the group from there.
One exception
If your flat number is already claimed, the request is not auto-approved. We ask you first: keep the receipt for 72 hours so a human admin can review it, or decline — in which case the file is deleted immediately and only the attempt is recorded. See the full privacy promise.
